Students learn (1) the fundamental elements of project management including its terminology and the structure of a project, (2) design of a project with activities, milestones and outcomes, timeline, duration, (3) identification of a critical path,
(4) identification of project costs and budget planning, (5) uncertainties and their prevention and control, (6) identification and calculation of key performance indicators. Students are actively involved in learning and applying all relevant tools used in project management.
